These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Day 2 Day Support Services.

Services

We provide support services including personal care, domestic assistance, community access, and emotional support.

Bookings and Availability

All services are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and schedule.

Cancellations

We require reasonable notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before services commence. All fees must be paid as agreed.

Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Treat staff with respect

  • Ensure a safe environment for our team

 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety or respect is compromised.

Liability

While we take care in delivering our services, we are not liable for circumstances outside our control.

Changes to Terms
